We sought your comment on proposals to amend specific Acceptable Solutions and Verification Methods for the November 2019 Building Code update.
From 22 August to 13 September 2019, the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) sought comments on a proposed methodology to facilitate an objective and robust examination of the public interest test now required by the Act.
