Managing financial risk from current and future wells

Summary

The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) invites you to submit your views on the questions and proposals set out in this consultation document, Managing third party risk exposure from onshore petroleum wells.

When preparing your submission, please:

• direct your comments to specific questions in the discussion document;
• incorporate evidence that supports your comments; and
• provide electronic submissions in both .pdf format (for publishing and filing) and an editable format such as Word (to assist compilation of submissions).

This will help us to compile your comments, and will make it easier for your comments to be processed, understood and taken into account.
