Kia Tū Ranga, MBIE’s Pay Gap Action Plan

We created our first Gender Pay Action Plan in 2018 to address the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment's (MBIE) gender pay gap. This plan sets out the progress we have made to date and the next steps in our journey.

MBIE’s Pay Gap Action Plan forms a part of our wider Inclusion and Diversity plan to meet Government expectations on equal pay. The next steps in our journey are aligned with Kia Toipoto (Public Service Pay Gaps Action Plan).
