Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Plan
We have created our first integrated Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Plan bringing together MBIE’s diversity and inclusion commitments with our Kia Tū Ranga pay gap action plan.
This plan incorporates MBIE’s previous Pay Gap Action Plans, Kia Tū Ranga, along with our DEI plan. Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Plan 2024-2025 stands alongside other MBIE strategies and public sector commitments that contribute to an inclusive culture. This plan sets out the progress we have made to date and the next steps in our journey.
