Application fees for clearances and authorisations
The Commerce Act (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2017 set the following application fees payable to the Commerce Commission for clearances and authorisations.

Refunds
If the application fee paid is more than the cost to the Commerce Commission of determining that application, the Commerce Commission must refund the excess.
