Du Val statutory management
On 21 August 2024, following a recommendation of the Financial Markets Authority, the Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs placed a number of entities and subsidiaries of the Du Val Group into statutory management under the Corporation (Investigations and Management) Act 1989.
